Audemars Piguet unveils trio of Royal Oak tourbillon watches marking 50th anniversary in steel, rose gold and smoky blue dials

Audemars Piguet's Royal Oak lineup features three upgraded men's watches in stainless steel, aluminum and rose gold, all in forty-one millimeters (mm). Compared with the old models, the overall sex is not a big change, only the design of the key points are still some improvements. All three types of Royal Oak continue the latest detailing of the Royal Oak family, divided into two different disks. The steel and rose gold styles still maintain the Royal Oak's traditional large lattice design. The disk color is a new smoky blue that highlights the three-dimensional depth of the floating tourbillon, while reflecting the design of the time markers and hands for a more vintage look. The watch is equipped with the brand's latest movement, a new caliber developed by combining a floating tourbillon with a central oscillating weight. Thanks to the new movement, the dial tourbillon movement has a slightly different look than the old model - a flying tourbillon - and the beauty of the movement's operation can be seen through the dial.

Night Blue is a blue exclusive to Audemars Piguet, developed by the brand in collaboration with Geneva dial maker SternFres. It requires strict color matching, precise plating times and temperatures, and a slight inaccuracy in any one step can lead to failure. The very artistic rising sun motif radiates from the floating tourbillon carriage at 6 o'clock. Vibrant shades of blue deepen the floating tourbillon while serving as an elegant backdrop for the white gold hour markers and hands.The rose gold watch logo was designed in 24K gold, but is now used on the Royal Oak, a precedent for the logo in this collection.The 18K rose gold model offers a sense of contrast with modern styling. The floating tourbillon cage adds a subtle sheen to the entire rose gold watch. After all, the process of designing a 24K yellow gold logo is very complex.

The gray titanium style dial is slightly different from the other two, and the overall style has not changed much from the old model. The classic style, smooth is line design, with the new movement, perfectly shows the elegant beauty of the watch. The full titanium model presents an innovative dial design. The gray tone of the dial, as well as the white gold hour markers and hands, subtly echo the 6 o'clock rotating floating tourbillon.
