Seiko has revealed two new limited-edition dive watches for the Asia-Pacific region, drawing inspiration from the warm hues of coastal sunsets. The Prospex HBB003K and HBB004K are exclusive to the region (excluding Japan), with each model restricted to 2,500 individually numbered pieces. These timepieces capture the visual shift from a golden afternoon to tranquil dusk, reflecting the scenic beauty of Asian shorelines.

Design and Dial

Both models feature a finely grained, sand-textured dial that mimics sunlit beaches. The HBB003K boasts a bright yellow dial, symbolizing the peak of golden hour, while the HBB004K shifts to a saturated orange, representing the later evening transition. The dials are framed by a black unidirectional rotating bezel, providing strong contrast and practical functionality for divers. For low-light visibility, the broad hands and applied hour markers are generously coated with Seiko's Lumibrite, ensuring readability after sunset.

Case and Durability

The stainless steel case measures 41.7mm in diameter, 12.3mm thick, and 49.5mm lug-to-lug, offering a balanced presence on the wrist that suits most wearers. A screw-down crown and solid caseback guarantee 200 meters of water resistance, making these watches suitable for professional diving.
